① Remote Area Delivery: If certain remote areas do not qualify for free shipping, our customer service staff will proactively contact you and confirm the remote area displayed in the warehouse backend via screenshot. Since the warehouse backend system determines whether an area is remote based on postal codes, specific remote postal codes cannot be listed here. The actual address will be used as the primary confirmation basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

② Order Verification: Once your order is authorized and verified, we will send you an order confirmation email. After order confirmation, we will begin preparing for shipment. During this process, we generally cannot change or cancel the order, but we will do our best to support your requests and ensure your needs are met to the greatest extent possible.

Processing Time

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. During this time, we will perform necessary steps such as order review, product packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Processing Time Explanation:

Processing time does not include holidays and weekends. Therefore, please note that if your order is submitted for processing during a weekend or holiday, the processing time may be extended accordingly.

Late Packages:

If your package is not delivered within the estimated time, please submit a support ticket within 60 days of shipment. Our customer service staff will respond and process your request within 24 hours. Please note that requests submitted after this timeframe may not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
