Shipping

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

If the remote area cannot be delivered with free shipping, our customer service staff will contact the customer and send a screenshot of the warehouse backend to confirm the remote area. Since the warehouse backend system uses the zip code to identify whether it belongs to a remote area, the remote zip code is not listed here. The actual address shall prevail, thank you for your understanding.

Verification

Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order during this time frame, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order.
Note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Shipments typically take 5 business days to arrive, but may take 10 business days during busy periods such as holidays.

Notice

Delivery time is an estimate and is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of the order, and may take longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.

Please submit the ticket within 60 days after shipment, if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will reply you within 24 hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
